Locked At End
Greetings,
This is the first mod I did that was accepted into the phpBB.com MODDB.
The mod will place any locked topics at the end of the forums topic list, if there is more than one page of topics then the locked ones will be on the last page. Any locked stickies and Announcements will be shown in their usual position at the top of the topics list.
